Privacy notice
What this website collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. Written from the code that runs the site rather than from a template.
The short version
This site collects personal data in exactly three places: the contact form, the job application form, and the sales assistant. Each one exists so that a person at AONE can reply to you. We do not run advertising, we do not sell or share data with brokers, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.
Everything below is detail on those three, and on the two things every website records: server logs and, in the assistant, a conversation held in your own browser.
What we collect, and why

On what basis
You give us this information voluntarily, to get a reply. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 that is consent for a specified purpose, and the purpose is the one stated in the table above. We do not repurpose it — an enquiry does not become a marketing list, and an application does not become an enquiry.
Who else touches it
- Microsoft Azure — our application and its backend run on Azure infrastructure. The backend service that receives forms and assistant enquiries runs in Microsoft’s Central India region.
- Azure Communication Services — used to deliver the notification email to our team and the acknowledgement to you. The content of your enquiry is in that email.
- Azure OpenAI Service — when the sales assistant answers a question, the text of that question and passages from our own published pages are sent to the model to compose a reply. Your contact details are never sent to it. If the service is not configured, the assistant answers from published passages with no model involved at all.
- No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics providers, and no social media tracking are used on this site.
How long we keep it
If an engagement begins, the records relating to it are governed by the contract for that engagement rather than by this notice.

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below or call the direct line and we will confirm what we have done. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.
