The terms on which this website is provided. They cover the site and its published material — not the terms of any engagement, which are agreed in a contract.
What these terms cover
This website is published by AONE (AIverseOne), Hyderabad, India. By using it you accept these terms. They apply to the pages, the handbook, the case studies and the assistant.
They do not apply to work we do for a client. Scope, price, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability for an engagement are agreed in a written contract, and that contract prevails over anything on this site.
Nothing here is an offer or a quotation
Descriptions of services, engagement models and delivery approaches are illustrative. We do not publish prices, and no page on this site — nor any reply from the sales assistant — constitutes a quotation, an estimate, a commitment to a timeline, or acceptance of a requirement. A proposal is issued by a person, in writing, after a conversation.
The sales assistant
The assistant on this site is software, not a person, and it says so. It answers from material we have published. It cannot agree terms, cannot quote a price and cannot commit us to anything, and any statement it makes is subject to confirmation by a person. If its answer and a written communication from our team disagree, the written communication is correct.
The handbook
The engineering articles are published in good faith and describe what has worked in the systems we run. They are general information, not advice for your situation, and they carry no warranty. Code samples are illustrative and are provided without warranty of any kind — test anything you take from them against your own system before you rely on it.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, design and code of this site belong to AONE unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote from the handbook or link to it with attribution. Republishing a whole article, or presenting our material as your own, is not permitted.
Client names and marks appear with permission, to identify work we have done. They remain the property of their owners and nothing here grants any right in them.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. Where we link to another site we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
